Return Policy
Our sole purpose is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We take great care of your order so it should be delivered in perfect condition, we will not be held liable for damage caused by atmospheric conditions once the product has been shipped.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within seven days in the exact condition in which it was received, to:

Making a purchase
Making a purchase is very easy to do, just browse our products online, and click on any item that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have completed your selection, click on "Shopping cart" at the bottom of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept most debit and credit card payments, handled by our secure credit card processor, Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail, or via our website with our secure internet ordering processor.

Orders by check
Please make checks payable to "Laga Designs International, Inc." and send to us with a printed order from our online shopping cart, remember to keep a copy for yourself. Your order will be sent as soon as your check has cleared and your order has been processed. We are committed to sending your order as soon as possible.

Shipping and handling
All deliveries in the USA are sent by Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, whichever is the best option at our discretion. Delivery can take between 2 - 14 days from the day of your order depending on the products you select and if your choice(s) are in stock or we have to drop ship from our factory in Indonesia. If you have a very large order, please e-mail us with details of your order and we will arrange method of delivery.

Your peace of mind is very important to us, your credit card details are processed by a secure server from Paypal.com. You can access their website at www.paypal.com. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.
