 HOW EXACTLY ARE THE LAGA PROCEEDS BEING SPENT TO HELP VICTIMS OF DISASTER?The founders of Laga Designs have not taken a salary since its inception and only expenses required to do business are extracted from the proceeds. The remaining monies are designated for the training and employing of the 2004 tsunami survivors and, in some cases, to provide food and lodging in an effort to provide long-term sustainability. HOW AND WHERE CAN I SEE THE BAGS IN PERSON?Our Irvine location welcomes you to make an appointment to see Laga bags up close and personal. If you wish to schedule an appointment to view our product line, please contact us. DOES LAGA SELL ONLY HANDBAGS?Besides a full line of all-season embroidered handbags, Laga Designs also offers a healthy selection of wallets, small and large, and as well as checkbook covers. We have book covers in stock “as available” as well as a limited supply of Special Occasion hand-beaded bags. Please contact our office for more information HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?If you are local to the Orange County area, you are welcome to make an appointment to pick up your order anytime. If you are out of the area, we ship in-stock orders via FedEx Ground within 1-2 business days. AT HOME SHOWS, WHY DO CUSTOMERS NOT MAKE THEIR CHECKS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO LAGA?Laga Consultants have their own business. Laga handbags are hand-crafted; therefore, no two are exactly alike. Some of the materials may appear to have slight imperfections; this is normal and a characteristic of the materials used, and truly indicate the handmade nature of each item. Also, with Laga you will have no sign up fees, no monthly minimum purchase requirements and no recruiting for a down line as is the core of other direct selling home party plans. Our main reason for existing is to perpetuate the Laga story; we are happy to include anyone who is willing to make Laga their full-time, part-time or seasonal business. Click here to read what our other Consultants have to say about their experience with Laga WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?Laga handbags are 100% guaranteed against manufacturer's defects, excluding unusual wear and tear, and will be happy to repair your bag within 90 days of purchase date at no cost to you. If you purchased your bag through a Laga Consultant, please return the bag to him/her. Laga will make the necessary repairs and return it to your Consultant. If for some other reason you are not happy with your bag, we will gladly make an exchange and/or issue a full refund as long as it is returned to us within 90 days of purchase date.
